1. Who we are and what these terms cover
ShagleChat ("we", "us") provides a browser-based service that connects two people for live one-on-one video, voice or text conversations. These terms govern your use of the site shaglechat.net and the service behind it. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. Who can use ShagleChat
You must be an adult under the law of the country where you live and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must not use the service if you have been removed from it before, or if the law where you live prohibits it. You are responsible for any device you use and for what happens through it.
3. The service
We match you with another user who is online. Matching is automatic, we cannot promise who you will be matched with, and we cannot promise a match will be available at any particular time. We may change, pause or remove features at any time, for example to fix problems or keep the service safe. Free matches are offered each day as a trial allowance and the amount may change.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the community guidelines. You will not harass or threaten others, show nudity or sexual content on camera, share another person's video or details without consent, send spam or scams, impersonate others, attempt to bypass safety tools, interfere with the service or use it for anything unlawful.
- Do not use automated tools, bots or scripts to access the service.
- Do not attempt to access other people's accounts or data.
- Do not use the service to advertise or sell anything.
5. Calls and conversations
Conversations are between users. We do not control what other users say or show, and we do not guarantee that a conversation will meet your expectations. You can end any call at any time with Next, and you can Block and Report people who break the rules. Please do not share personal information you are not comfortable with. 6. Coins, payments and refunds
Some sessions and features are paid, and are bought with coins. The price is shown before you pay. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers. Refunds are covered by the refund policy. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
7. Enforcement
If you break these terms or the community guidelines, we may warn you, limit your access, remove content or end your access permanently. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities where required by law.
8. Privacy
How we handle information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify or redistribute it without permission.
10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for the conduct of users, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
11. Changes and contact
